About Us:

Evolve Organizing Solutions is a team of passionate organizers, stagers, and designers dedicated to making West Michigan houses feel like dream homes. We understand that beautiful and functional spaces are unique to every person, and our diverse backgrounds allow us to connect with clients from all walks of life in communities up and down the lakeshore.

Our team is local to the greater Holland area and all of our preferred partners are fellow community members. This means we know the best community partners to work with, focus on listening to your wants and needs, and strive for an exemplary level of service.

Evolve uses a “listen first” approach to all our services. We bake listening into our process, from downsizing services to home organizing and staging. Your needs are what prioritize our work, and your stories help us understand your needs. We become your personal assistants and help you accomplish every part of your project through our team and our local partners.

We are fully insured and only work with partners we have grown to know and trust through years of experience and relationships.

Karen Kempker, Owner

I love the transformation that comes with the work we do with our clients. My favorite clients and jobs are the ones that challenge me the most. Taking on impossible jobs energizes me.

My degree from Hope College is in counseling and business. It’s wonderful to be able to use those skills to help clients downsize their homes, organize their lives, and prep their homes for sale through home staging.

Sheri Potter is an interior designer working for clients in the greater west Michigan area. With over 20 years’ experience in interior design, she is exceptional at working with clients of many varied styles, from neoclassical to farmhouse. Adept at a wide range of projects; she comes ready to talk about any area you might want help with.

Cyndy Schurman

After 20 years of combined experience freelancing and working directly with clients in the residential/light commercial construction industry, Cyndy decided to expand her services to a larger market and start her own design consulting business in 2019.

Cyndy’s industry experience is invaluable on any project large or small. A vast knowledge of available products, staying updated on design trends as well as timeless applications, and understanding the impact each decision/selection has on the entirety of the project ensures project efficiencies as well as beautiful design.

The ability to embrace each client’s vision for their home or business is imperative, and therefore any style or aesthetic done with design integrity is appreciated and embraced. Cyndy believes in the importance of individual style and taste which keeps the world of design interesting while allowing for continuous reinvention.

Evolve Warehouse

Our temperature-controlled warehouses are filled with a huge variety of staging items to work with any home design. Because of our large inventory, we are not limited to staging only a few homes at a time.
