About Us

Evolve is about solutions

We are a women-owned and operated business that has been passionate about transforming spaces since 2012. We are trained professionals, certified through the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) and the National Association of Productivity and Organization (NAPO). We participate in specialized training for all areas of our business.

We are licensed and insured for all areas of our business. We contract with trained movers, flooring installers, contractors and builders. Our focus is on integrity, excellence and professionalism. Our employees have expertise in all areas of our business. With diverse backgrounds (in counseling, teaching, design and marketing to name a few), we bring a lot to the table.

Because our teams work together, we can manage your project from start to finish. From decluttering, to staging, to designing your new space and helping you move in, we’ve got you covered

Karen Kempker

Karen Kempker, Owner

“I love a transformation! My job is the perfect combination of my degree in Social Work and Business, and my background as the Manager of the Options Custom Furniture division at Meridian/Herman Miller.

I founded Evolve in 2012 on the belief that beautiful, functional spaces look different for everyone. Whether we’re helping a family get organized; downsizing and packing for a senior to move to assisted living; staging a home to sell; or renovating a master bathroom – the process and the design should be efficient, effective, and appealing.

By bringing our teams of organizing, staging and design experts together, we create spaces that function beautifully for our clients. Let’s get together and transform your space.”

"Organizing is a way of serving"

Every job is different! Young families. Blended families. Busy families. Seniors who need some extra help. I give clients a different perspective and help them anticipate their needs.  I enjoy the variety and challenges of helping clients create efficient systems that work for them.

Organizing looks different for everyone, and can help anyone.

"Organizing is a great feeling of accomplishment"

Form follows function, and I love creating spaces that are efficient, effective and beautiful. Organizing helps you know what you have, know where it's kept, and saves you time and money. When clients can function in their space and enjoy their home, it's very rewarding.

Organizing is an investment in yourself and your family.

"Organizing is a way to find peace and calm"

Feeling overwhelmed can leave you vulnerable and stressed. Being sensitive to the client's emotions and appreciating that this is their space is key. I enjoy listening to their goals and helping them take control of their space.

Organizing is doing the work and celebrating the successes with you.

"Organizing is listening and empathizing"

I love the before and after. Every situation is unique and creating individualized systems is critical. Hearing their stories, and helping a person through divorce, grief, health issues, or tough situations and seeing them transform is amazing.

Organizing is a process that takes you from chaos to beauty.

"Occupied Staging and Photo Staging help sellers show their homes at their best"

It's difficult to envision how to repurpose rooms in your own home. I love bringing a new perspective and using what the seller has in different ways. By adjusting furniture placement, accessorizing and making a few changes, we can show the home at it's best.

Occupied Staging and Photo Staging are fun and creative, and the result is so satisfying!

"Staging Assessments help sellers navigate the process of getting their home ready to sell"

People sell their homes for a variety of reasons, and it can be emotional and overwhelming. I enjoy meeting people and offering solutions. We act as the liaison between the realtor and the client, offering a roadmap to follow and resources to make the process as easy as possible.

Staging Assessments offer peace during a stressful time and the sellers are always so appreciative.

"Focus groups provide useful buyer information so realtors and sellers can make informed choices regarding updates, staging and marketing"

I enjoy helping realtors and sellers find the best strategy for showcasing their home. Focus groups are an effective tool for homes that are unique in style, layout or location; as well as homes that have been on the market but haven't had many showings. The feedback from the focus group provides data for crucial marketing decisions.

It's key to have a plan, and the resulting sale is always satisfying!

"It's very difficult for buyers to envision how a vacant house could work for them. Staging a vacant home makes it memorable!"

I love the magic that happens when we bring furniture, bedding, artwork and accessories into a vacant home. Our team is great at problem solving, design and planning - and it's fun to collaborate on the best strategy for a new space.

Staging is a fantastic way to transform a vacant space into a warm, inviting home.
