Meet the Team


As I reflect on the fantastic projects we’ve worked on at Evolve, I’m overwhelmed by the growth and opportunities we’ve experienced over the last two years:

January 1, 2017 
• I was the only employee at Evolve Organizing Solutions. 
• I worked out of my home office and 2 storage units. 
• If people had heard of organizing and staging services, they thought it was for the people on HGTV.

January 1, 2019:
• We have 7 incredible employees who are experts in organizing, staging and design.
• We work in an awesome showroom/warehouse/office space.
• We’ve done hundreds of staging assessments and staged more than 70 vacant homes.
• We’ve provided dozens of individuals and companies with organizing and design services.
• We’ve become a Carpet Direct dealer.

We work with amazing realtors and clients daily and we are so grateful for all of you. It’s fun to go to work each day!

Anna is one of the first members to join the team. She has been working with Evolve since January of 2017. She has a BS degree in finance, Insurance and Real Estate from Minnesota State University at Mankato. Since moving to Holland in 2000, she has held many volunteer positions throughout the Holland community while raising her 3 kids,


Kate joined our team as a staging consultant in March of 2018. She uses her 20+ years of marketing experience to help our Evolve clients prepare their homes for sale. When not at work, she enjoys outdoor activities, and spending time with her family.

Lee Ann

Lee Ann has a BS degree from Western Michigan University in Interior Design. Her experience includes working in sales, design and administrative support. She is married and has raised her three children in the Holland area.


Olivia joined the team in March of 2018 and quickly became in charge of our large inventory. She helps out as a staging consultant and takes care of all social media outlets to help our business be a topic of discussion. She enjoys playing guitar and going to the beach when she can.

For the past 18 years, Diane has worked with hundreds of residential and commercial clients to implement their own personal style into their homes and businesses. Listening to unique need and desires of her clients helps her create functional and beautiful spaces. 


Karin has worked as a women's ministry director in the Holland area, and more recently as a Life Skills Coordinator for My House Ministry, mentoring women in transitional 

housing. She enjoys organizing and renewing furniture.


Laurie joined our team in January 2019. She has been a nurse for the past 38 years and has always enjoyed organization, remodels and home design. She has an eye for detail and an appreciation of different home styles. Laurie is a lifetime Holland resident and has raised her 3 daughters with her husband. When not at work, she enjoys boating and spending time with family and grandchildren.
